She brings over eight years of experience working with CivicPlus and local governments and is passionate about solving problems and enhancing experiences through technology. Jess has a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications.

Rachel Ebaugh

Solutions Director

CivicPlus Solutions Director Rachel Ebaugh implements the strategic vision for our Recreation Management solution. She guides our product strategy and engineering teams to execute the product roadmap. Rachel has over 15 years of experience in parks and recreation and the Recreation SAAS field. She holds a master’s degree in Parks and Recreation Administration. Also, she has Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
